Shalfleet Village Hall Hire Rates 2024.

Hire of the Hall includes the grounds and use of the kitchen & its facilities, heating, and all tables and chairs.

There is an extra charge for hire of gazebos, marquees & tablecloths (see equipment charges page).

A fee of £100 will be charged if the hall is not left in a clean & tidy condition.

There is a check list on the back of the main door to help all those using the Hall.

 

Parties & Private Functions	per hour	£12.00
I.W. Charities & User Groups	per hour	£9.00
Commercial	per hour	£15.00
I.W.Council	per hour	£16.00
Wedding Reception Package. Only suitable for small weddings 2025. Hire of Hall –  Wedding Receptions 13.00hrs Friday to 13.00hrs Sunday. Meadow available from 1st July at no extra charge.	48 hours	£750.00
Charge if Hall not left clean and requires cleaning contractor.	Extra	£100.00

 

Please send either a part payment, (min. 50%) or full payment of hire charge with your completed booking form.

The balance of payment is due 28 days before the date of hire.

 

Hall Capacity:

Maximum Standing – 120 People
Maximum Seated at tables – 60 People
