    Start and Finish Hire Times.

    Please allow yourself set up and clear up time at the start and finish of the times you wish to book the Hall. This is to ensure the Hall is clear and clean for both your booking and the following booking. All bookings must finish on or before 11.00pm at night to avoid disturbing the neighbours.

     

    Restrictions on use of Field.

    The field is unusable in the winter months as it becomes waterlogged. Wedding and Party hirers may use the field for marquees and bouncy castles etc from the 1st July onwards. The small strip of permanently mown grass (approx 20m x 4.5m) in front of the Hall may be used all year round for marquees & bouncy castles. NO VEHICLES, CARS or VANS are permitted on the field at any time. The field is quite soft at many times during the year and vehicles will cause ruts. Please seek guidance if a delivery van requires access to the field.

    Hire Fees Due.

    Deposit Payment of 50% is due at time of booking. Balance is due 30 days before hire date.

    Booking requests will become firm once deposit has been received and confirmation sent by Bookings Secretary.

     

    Payment by Bank Transfer or Cheque.

    Internet Bank Transfer to Lloyds Bank is the preferred method.
