Equipment Charges
Hire of Marquees, Gazebos & Tablecloths are all available at an optional extra charge.
Use of all other equipment eg: tables, chairs, china, glass, cutlery and kitchen equipment is included in the Hall hire charge.
Applicable extra charges are set out below.

| Five Pop Up Gazebos (open sided) 3m x 3m | each per day | £40.00 |
| Two Marquees (with sides & floor matting) 10m x 4m | each per day | £300.00 |
| Damages Deposit | refundable | £100.00 |
| Tablecloths (hire & laundry charge) | per item | £2.00 |
Damages deposit of £100 for Gazebo or Marquee hire is required 7 days before hire.
Damages deposit will refunded within 3 days, once gazebo or marquee is returned in good condition.
