Singing Bowls by Serenity Sounds
Singing Bowls is an all day event from Serenity Sounds.
Saturday, 14th September 2019 from 09-30 to 19-00
An Introduction to Himalayan Singing Bowls with Craig Shankster.
It will be a hands on, experiential day with Craig, sharing his vast knowledge collected over 35 years including training in Nepal with the bowl masters and makers there.
It will include…
The difference in the types of bowl…how to chose your bowl……how to play and how to use on self as well as others.
This introduction day will help develop, or expand, your skills with these wonderful instruments.
The day will start at 10 am with a lunch break (bring your own) and tea / coffee breaks to finish at 5 pm.
A short break to be followed by a wonderful sound bath.
Day will then close at 7pm.
Limited to 15 people.
£55.00 with £20 deposit to secure place.
